Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition - 2020 Bronze

Made using Old Tom Still using Traditional Recipe, light crisp apple with a faint hint of licorice at the end. Perfect alone or mixed in a cocktail. You can go apple on apple (juice, vodka etc) or use it as an almost neutral base for whatever drink you wish to create - versatile and a basic for anyone's drink cupboard or bar.
