Gin
We make two styles of Gin - Old Tom and a Natural Fruit based one - not Dry and Not Overly Sweet.
Old Tom Began Around the 1850s in England and By the Mid 1880s was so Popular the Government of the Day Slapped a Few Taxes on it, then Licencing Restrictions and More Taxes Forcing it Underground. By the end of the Century it had Waned in Popularity, mainly Due To the Taxes, Licencing Requirements and Need To "Not Be Producing and/or Consuming What You Are Producing and/or Consuming".
Due to Craft Distilleries Such as Ourselves Dusting Off the Old Recipes and Studying the Old Ways, Old Tom Gin is Now Able to Be Enjoyed by Those Who Take a Leap of Faith in the Old Days and Ways and Give Their Taste Buds the Pure Pleasure of Sampling the Trio of Old Tom Gins We Produce for Your Enjoyment - Old Tom Apple, (Old Tom) Floral and Old Tom Pumpkin Pie.
We also Make Black Currant and Butterfly Blue Gins Using More Traditional Gin Making Methods, Our Fruits, Our Copper Still and a Little Bit of Blue Magic for the Butterfly Blue Gin.
