Saskatoon Gin, sweetened with a little Wild Flower Honey from the valley. Blue Butterfly Pea Blossom gives it the rest of it's flavour and it's distinctive, beautiful blue colour.

Goes well with anything or just by itself. Add tonic water for it's most magical dramatic colour change, but if you don't like Tonic Water, whatever you add will still produce magical colour changes for you.
