2021 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition Award: BEST IN CLASS & GOLD.

Made from fresh Creston Valley Apples, double distilled in our Copper Still then aged in small oak barrels to maturity. 

VSOP or Very Superior Old Pale means it was aged in the barrel for at least 4 years and hasn't been artificially coloured to create it's warm tones.

40% ALC/VOL.
