A Popular Traditional Pirate drink, Distilled Apple Spirit made from Freshly Picked Creston Valley Apples, Lightly Sweetened with Sugar Cane Molasses and a Touch of Local Wildflower Honey then Aged in our Oak Barrels.  

Traditionally drunk from the bottle or a glass at room temperature (or warmer), it is now most frequently enjoyed on the rocks or with your favourite Cola or Ginger Pop/Soda.
